XRadar Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the (lack of) collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Application refers to RURadar, the software program provided by the Company.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to RURadar.
• Country refers to: New Jersey, United States
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Crowd-Sourced Option (User Voluntary Sharing)

Users who are physically on a bus may choose to contribute their location anonymously to improve the accuracy of bus tracking.

Who Is Tracked

• Only users who voluntarily opt-in are included in crowd-sourced tracking.
• Location sharing is tied to the bus you are riding and is grouped with other riders to prevent identification of any individual.
• Passengers who do not opt-in are not tracked and may continue to use the app normally.

How Location Data Is Shared

• Shared locations are used only within the app to show more accurate bus positioning.
• Your location is clustered with other users on the same bus so that only the bus position is visible to others.
• We do not sell, transfer, or share your personal location data with third parties.

Location Tracking Disclosure

• When crowd-sourcing mode is enabled, an in-app prompt will appear at the top of the map asking if you would like to share your background location.
• The disclosure explains how your data will be used before you decide whether to participate.

Stopping Location Tracking

• You may stop sharing your location at any time by selecting the "Stop Sharing Location" option at the top of the map.
• You may also revoke location access in your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
• Once disabled, the app cannot access or track your location in the background.

Anonymity & Privacy

• Location data collected through the crowd-sourcing feature is fully anonymized and clustered to represent buses, not individuals.
• No identifying information is associated with your shared location.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

None.

This app does not collect user data. All it does is send network requests, which return information about university campus buses and routes. These network requests only include data such as:

• Selected Route
• Selected Stop

By using XRadar, you send requests to PassioGo, and these requests may be subject to PassioGo's privacy policy.

Use of Your Personal Data

We can't use it, because we don't take it.

Sharing Your Personal Information

Never. It won't happen.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We can't retain what we don't have.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

It will be transferred from nowhere to nowhere.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. However, we have not collected Personal Data about You. There is no data to delete.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data will not be disclosed in any case.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, so we don't collect it.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from anyone, under or over the age of 13.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service contains links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
